Great Bowerbird

Great Bowerbirds are located right across the Top End and are known for their remarkably intricate bachelor pads and impressive mating displays.

Males put an extraordinary amount of effort into attracting a female – and Bowerbird dating is much more Bumble than Tinder. The females certainly know how to put the blokes through their paces.
